Chocolate Malt Surprise Pieces. So what makes this cut so shocking that you wonder? That's because every bite is a surprise! Will it taste like toffee? Will it be brown? Is that malt? Is that Bubbly? Will all of the above melt into one? There are so many possibilities!
If you've ever stopped and stared in awe at the candy aisle with the sparkle in your eyes, the beaming grin on your face and the wide grin on your face as you contemplated which candy bar to buy, then this is the cut for you! Because basically MANY of your favorite candies are melted and mixed together! If you omit the last step of cutting it into slices, then you will only have one giant candy bar! Which isn't really a bad idea? So surprise someone today! It's sure to make their day!
Chocolate malt surprise slices
Ingredients:
200 grams Eclair Chocolate pack
1 tablespoon cream
1 cup Rice Bubbles
100 grams Coarsely chopped Marshmallows,
80 grams Malt
Steps to make malt chocolate cake:
Steps 1.
Grease an 8 x 25cm cake tin and line with parchment paper.
Steps 2.
Combine Eclair and cream in a medium saucepan.
Steps 3
Stir over low heat until the Eclair melts and forms a smooth mixture.
Steps 4.
Remove from heat and stir quickly in bubbled rice, marshmallows, and Malteser.
Steps 5.
Press the mixture lightly into the prepared pan and refrigerate until set.
Steps 6.
(This will be very sticky) Cut into pieces with a serrated knife.
